Ticket Refund / Exchange Policy
Convenience Charges
A convenience charge may be added to any sale made via telephone or internet. This charge may vary in cost depending on the event and is assessed on a per ticket and/or per order basis. These charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Charges
No delivery charge will be added to tickets picked up on-site at Will Call. For most events you will have the option to have your tickets mailed to you if they are ordered at least 14 days in advance. A delivery charge may be added to these orders. This charge is non-refundable.
Ticket Exchanges
Events noted with ‘No Exchanges’ cannot be exchanged at any time. For all other events, exchanges may be available after the event has begun or the entry time has passed at the discretion of OMSI. Tickets may be exchanged on-site at the OMSI box office free of any exchange charges. Exchanges requested by phone or email should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time to ensure they are processed.
In the case that your ticketed event is cancelled by OMSI for any reason an exchange will be provided free of any additional charges or a full refund will be offered including any service charges. The exchange or refund must be arranged for within two weeks of the cancelled event or it will no longer be offered.

Membership Refund / Exchange Policy
OMSI Memberships are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns regarding your membership, please contact our Guest Services Manager at (503) 797-4000 or email info@omsi.edu.
Group Program Refund / Exchange Policy
Cancellations and refund/exchange requests for Group Programs must be submitted in writing by fax, mail or email. Please include your contact information, organization name and date of the program you are canceling. Refunds are processed as follows:
- You are responsible for the full program fee if you cancel less than 30 days before your program begins for Camp-Ins, Family Science Nights, Field Trips,and Traveling Programs. If you cancel more than 30 days before your program begins, you will receive a full refund.
- You are responsible for the full program fee if you cancel less than 60 days before your program begins For Outdoor Science School. If you cancel more than 60 days before your program begins, you will receive a full refund.

Camps & Classes Refund / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (mail, email or fax). Cancellations will be processed as follows:

NOTE : If minimum program enrollments are not reached, OMSI reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or relocate camps and classes. If this happens, you will be notified at least two weeks before the start of the camp or class.
