Katie Santora, winemaker at Chehalem will be on hand to explain each course and wine pairing. Featured wines* are:
- Inspiration White: Chemistry 2022 Pinot Gris | Lively aromas of lemon and Anjou pear leap from the glass, greeting you with freshness and acidity. The palate is buzzy with floral notes and sliced white peach, while the finish tapers into a pleasant echo of lemon and tangerine. This wine showcases the crispness and balance that makes Oregon Pinot Gris so singular.
- Catalyst Rosé: Chehalem 2023 Pinot Noir Rosé | This wine is bright, clean, and elegant from the nose to the palate. Delicate and refined, the aromatics are expressive with notes of grapefruit pith, fresh garden strawberries, and white hydrangea. The palate is smooth and bright with a kiss of fresh lemon, lingering on a juicy, quenching finish.
- Hypothesis Red: Chehalem 2021 Pinot Noir | This wine jumps out of the glass. The transition from bright red fruit to dark cherries, gives it complexity and depth, but the overall profile stays approachable, making it a fun wine to share. If you are looking to dive into the silky tannins, they will take you on a ride, but if you are feeling the need for an easy, juicy sipper, this Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir will meet you there.
Our riverfront patio will be open. Additional glasses of wine may be purchased by the glass at the bar.
Live music provided by Eric John Kaiser. Known as The French Troubadour, Parisian-born Eric John Kaiser is a singer-songwriter reimagining Americana music through a French lens.
Special thanks to Kith & Kin Florals for donating the beautiful floral decor!
