Groups of 6-12 students
How have we changed the plants we eat over the past 10,000 years? What's the difference between heirlooms, hybrids, and organics? Students explore these concepts in an eat-along presentation. This lab takes place in OMSl's classroom 1 or Auditorium.
NOTE: Fruits and vegetables will be served, please identify any fruit or vegetable allergies prior to class. No nuts will be present.
