It is also the best way to manage your gut microbiome, the ~100 trillion bacteria that live in your gut and change your health in a myriad of ways. In this class you will create a personalized batch of sauerkraut to take home, as well as learn the basics of making your own kombucha and what a SCOBY is. You will also get an introduction to your microbiome, and snack on some fermented foods while you learn about new scientific discoveries on the depth and breadth of how our microbiome influences our health.
