Explore the wonderful world of cheese making! We’ll learn the art and science of making cow’s milk fresh mozzarella cheese in this class. Participants will sample a variety of cheeses, make their own mozzarella, and learn about several types of fresh cheeses to make at home.
Recommended for ages 8 and up with an adult, 14 and up without. General Admission is not included in the price of the ticket.
One ticket per batch of cheese, maximum three participants per ticket.
Cider drinking is a lost American tradition, recapture it here and learn how to make your own! Participants will explore the history and science of cider, as well as learn the steps to turning a half gallon of apple juice into delicious hard cider to drink at home. Ages 21+, one participant per ticket. General Admission is not included in the price of the ticket.
