Dinosaurs: China's Ancient Giants is a grand exhibition of the largest collection of authentic Chinese fossils ever toured.
More than 20 original fossils, including rare featured dinosaurs, skeletons, dinosaur eggs, plants and marine life, along with over a dozen cast skeletons are displayed in an evocative environment.

PARKING

Beginning Tuesday June 3, 2008, OMSI will be charging a $2 fee for non-member parking in our lots.
OMSI has begun to charge for parking in part to help offset the costs of our current and future Green Energy usage. OMSI's Green Energy efforts are varied and include the salmon safe water cooling towers that use river water to heat and cool the building and the upcoming usage of wind energy.
Please note that visitors to the Cafe and Science Store will not be asked to pay the fee.

How do we provide enough freshwater for everyone who needs it, not only along the Colorado River, but everywhere on our planet?

Lunar Viewing Star Party
July 12, 2008 (Weather Permitting)
Because Earth's moon will be in a perfect position for viewing on Saturday, July 12, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Rose City Astronomers and Vancouver Sidewalk Astronomers have organized a Star Party at Rooster Rock State Park, located 22 miles east of Portland on I-84 (east of Sandy River) at exit 25, starting at 8:30 pm. Parking is $3 per vehicle.
