Climb aboard the USS Blueback, a retired U.S. Navy submarine, and take a fascinating tour of the undersea cabins where 85 crewmembers once worked, slept and ate for weeks at a time. Discover how submarines float, dive and surface. Explore the control room, the torpedo room and the crew?s quarters. Peer through a periscope, touch a torpedo, and learn about sonar navigation. Spend the night on a real submarine! Learn about sonar, navigation, and propulsion systems. Camp-ins include a 45-minute planetarium show customized for your group and admission to OMSI's exhibit halls the next morning, plus breakfast and a snack.
